5. Goods sold are NOT refundable, returnable nor exchangeable.

7. If payment is not made after confirmation, priority will be given to fast/immediate payment buyers and item(s) will be released to the next buyer without further notice.

10. Preloved clothing may not be in 100% perfect condition unless otherwise stated. Products that have defects or worn out (if any) will be stated clearly.
11. Goods will be mailed within 3 days after receiving payment with the exception of weekends or public holidays.
12. Buyers are to bear all mailing and shipping costs except we send the wrong product to you.

2. Postage for shoe from RM8.00 (WM) or RM10.00 (EM).
3. POS EXPRESS strictly for 1 piece (clothing) at RM4.50 (WM) within Malaysia only.
4. POSLAJU (Mon-Fri) or POS EXPRESS (Friday) only. Closed on Public Holidays.
5. Item will be sent within 3 days (working hour) upon confirmation of payment.
